Group Details and What to Expect

Each private event includes a 2 to 3 hour immersive art session guided by experienced instructors who make creativity fun and approachable. All materials and supplies are provided, and no experience is required — just bring your imagination.

Aprons are provided, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that can get a little messy. Your guests will leave with a one-of-a-kind creation and a shared experience they will remember.

Set the scene, pick the playlist, and make it yours

At Art Room 509, your event is about more than making art. We go beyond the canvas to help you create an atmosphere that feels like you. Every detail can be customized to match your group’s personality and vibe.

Set the mood with your favorite music. Choose from a variety of styles such as chill, Latin, 70s, 80s, 90s, country, jazz, pop, or today’s top hits. You can even bring your own playlist to make it truly personal.

Add beverages to complete the experience. Options include sparkling water, coffee, tea, mocktails, or adult beverages such as wine, beer, hard cider, and hard seltzer (for groups 21 and older). Beverages are an additional charge once you arrive at the studio.

If you want to elevate the celebration even further, we can help with décor, table setups, and other creative touches. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will work with you to bring it all together.
